Sodium cholate - Establishment of severe acute pancreatitis model by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate through intestinal wall puncture

Abstract:
objective to establish a simple, typical and stable rat model of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods forty-six healthy male SD rats were divided into SAP Group and control group. SAP Group received retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate through the intestinal wall puncture of pancreatic duct, and the control group received the same injection of 0.9% normal saline. The serum amylase level, wet/dry mass ratio and histopathological score of pancreatic tissue were detected at 3,6,12h after injection, and the 24h survival index was observed. The scores of serum amylase and pancreatic histopathology in the SAP group were significantly higher than those in the control group at each time point, and the wet/dry mass ratio of pancreatic tissue was significantly higher than that in the control group at 6 and 12h after injection; the total Mortality Rate of 24h after modeling was 70%(7/10). Conclusion SAP was successfully induced by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate through the intestinal wall. The model is simple and reproducible.

Abstract:
using supported phospholipid bilayer membrane (s-BLM) as a biofilm model, sodium deoxycholate (NaDC) was studied by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance techniques. Interaction with s-BLM. The results show that NaDC can reduce the order of phospholipid molecules, induce the formation of holes or defects on s-BLM, and the interaction between them, the concentration and pH value of NaDC solution and the presence or absence of cholesterol are dependent, and s-BLM after action can repair itself in 0.1 mol/L KCl solution, this indicates that the interaction of NaDC with s-BLM is reversible.

Abstract:
two kinds of dietary fiber, defatted rice bran insoluble dietary fiber and defatted rice bran soluble hemicellulose B, with good physical and chemical properties were prepared by the combination of enzymatic and chemical methods, different Analytical methods were used to determine the adsorption of sodium cholate in vitro, the adsorption amounts were 0.036-0.042g/g and 0.013g/g, respectively. The possible mechanism of cholesterol-lowering effect of rice bran dietary fiber was discussed.
